About The Council

The Electrical Power Systems Resource Council Stakeholders, better known as "The Council", was created by EPSCA owners in Ontario to ensure that a pool of Canadian and Temporary Foreign Workers is available on a timely basis should their projects be faced with a shortage in Canada of skilled, qualified and experienced workers.

A Message from the President

One of the goals of The Council is to ensure our employment, on one of the participating owner projects, is as comfortable and "Welcoming", as we can realistically make it.

It is our hope that you will find this Website useful, informative, and a tool that answers many of your questions as it relates to a myriad of issues associated with your employment under the ESPRC umbrella.

As with any effort of this nature, "we" may not have gotten everything "right" and would welcome your constructive feedback and suggestions, as to how we might improve the program.

On behalf of all ESPRC stakeholders, thank-you for deciding to be a part of our Refurbishment Projects, we are pleased you have selected to provide us your professional skills and knowledge. I have only one further request to make of you, that is:

"Your safety and that of your co-workers is a core value of all the stakeholders. I would ask that you undertake your work activities in a manner that would make your family proud of you. They want you to come back home safely and so do we!!!"

Enjoy your stay and above all be safe.

Thank you,

Jason Campbell
